if an asynchronous generator is being used to make power
and it is being run 15 RPM above its motor rating,60 hz....
it makes power. but, how much force can the electromagnetic force take beyond 15 rpm.. what happens if the rpm runs at 35 rpm above motor speed for a minute or 2..??? does it turn into heat... at what point will it be unable to maintain 60 hz??

If it's a single phase generator, the 35 RPM is only .9% fast. That may not make any significant difference in the ability of the generator to produce full load current.
