Hello all,

I was simulating the AC analysis of a particular op amp known as the THS4505, according to the diagram below


From the analysis, i found a peak which occurred at approximately 10MHz



Can someone explain to me why this occurs or point me in a direction where i can find the answer?

 

The peak may be due to the input capacitance in the op amp model.
Try reducing the resistors to about 2kΩ and see if the peak changes.
Also look at the response when in a non-inverting follower configuration for comparison.
