hey can anyone give me the solution for a star arrangement of resistors as given in the attachement and the equivalent capacitence if all the resistors were o be replaced by capacitors

It's easy to do with the extra element theorem:

Just work with generic impedances Z and then you'll have a result for any combination of resistors inductors and capacitors.
