I thought everyone was full of crap about the ACV thing... then I spoke to my nurse. I told her I wanted to die early, preferably before 50. She said, "Why? I see 90 year olds in here all the time with energy and health."

I said, "What is their secret?" Her answer was, "Apple cider vinegar."

So now I buy it. After taking it for awhile (chasing with baking soda to avoid tooth rot), I now get a warm feeling in my stomach after I take some. It's great. I hope it's doing me good!
