    Hi,

I am trying to get to grips with these IEEE symbols. Could someone please explain to me what the "+1" with a bar on top refers to on this control block?

1+ means that the counter counts up.

I can only guess that the bar over 1+ means that the clock input is active when the M1 input is inactive.

C2 (counter 2?) increments on the falling edge of the clock signal.
