I have downloaded some files from the TI website but don't know what to do with them. Attached image 1 shows what files I have. Anyone know how I can get these to work in Multisim or Proteus?

 

If the files are corrupt and supposed to work in Multisim or Proteus then you try to download them again.
If the files are not compatible with ISIS then there is nothing you can do except search for files that are ISIS compatible.
