Here is an example of A bluetooth robot that is commercially available. You may be able to use the information contained in the description to get an idea on how one would go about implementing such a robot.

You can use google to find additional examples of other robot projects that involve bluetooth.

From the way your question is structured, can I ask if you have been given a design spec by your tutor? If so, you may be advised to clarify any ambiguities with him/her so that you are working in the best interests of your project, and more widely your course.
