Hi, I'm thinking about add this kit to my toolset, but since I'm a mac user, I would like to know if someone have any experience on working this device in a mac computer, running on virtual machine like vmware fusion or parallels.

I don't want to spent my money, and then be unable to work with it.

    Thanks

Digilent did plan to support Mac and Linux too. I use Linux and they did on a personal request provide me some binaries that could provide a command line and programmatic interface to the Analog Discovery Kit. I quite like this device and the set of video lectures associated on the Digilent site. I would recommend you contact them directly. Perhaps if there is enough interest from other users then they may release the specs of the interface protocol (command set) rather than a binary blob API. This will help developers of applications such as sigrok.org support their device too.

I can confirm that for the moment it works perfectly when used within virtualbox.
