Hi, I've bought a MCP4725 Digital-to-analog converter that I want to use for generating an analog voltage level that I can control via I2C.
The chip is simple enough, it takes in an input voltage, and then you use I2C to indicate what the output voltage should be.
The problem is that I now see that it can only supply 25mA. I need about 1000mA.
Are there any clever circuits using transistors or opamps etc that can be used to achieve a higher current flow while keeping the same voltage level I've set in the DAC?
