which is more worthier, whether its transistor amplifier or operational amplifier?? Also which is preferred the most and why?

    It depends on the application.

Simple amplifiers with low gain, 1 to 20, and few other spec restrictions are best made with a transistor. When higher gain, impedance, offset voltage, etc. is important an op amp is the best choice. The op amp costs more, but it is much more capable. As Brownout says,"It depends on the application".
