An amplifier is tested to have a mid-frequency gain of 37db.It is determined that at a frequency of 120KHz, the gain drops down 12dB from its mid freq value. If Vin=5mVp-p, find Vo at a frequency of 120KHz.

I have looked all over this forum as well as all throughout my book. Does anyone know how to do this? Thank you in advance!!

Gain(in decibels)=20*log(Vout/Vin)

When frequency is 120 kHz, the Gain(in decibels)=37-12=25 dB.
The Vin is known, Vin=5 mVp-p

You now have equation where there is only one unknown. Go solve the equation.
