This is a question asked in one of the interviews..

You designed a amplifier and after few days noticed that the gain of the amplifier decreased..what might be the reason?

Can any one tell me what could be the reason?

The resistors you used for the negative feedback warmed up and changed values.

Or

You used a trim-pot to dial in your gain, and your evil-twin changed is value over night while you were passed out drunk when you should have been studying. ;)

Is the resistor answer something like what you were looking for?
I don't know i just started reading electronics after spending 4 years in Software industry..:)

Noticed this questions in one of the websites where answer is not mentioned.

The only way tht cud happen is feedback resistor problem as retched said plus coupling cap cud be a culprit
