You forgot to tell us the important first letters for the 8215 so we don't know what it is.
The datasheet for Sanyo's LA4508 shows its typical output power into various speaker impedances and with various supply voltages.
It is easy to measure the output power of an amplifier:
1) Use a suitable resistor as its load.
2) Feed its input a sine-wave at 1kHz.
3) Measure the output with an oscilloscope and turn up the input signal until clipping just begins.
4) Then calculate the power with the peak-to-peak voltage and the load resistance.
5) Then measure it at 20Hz and at 20kHz.
