1.) The seed used for formation of ingot(cylindrical Si), is what???
2.) Why, FZ method is used for high voltage(power device) and low production, why not CZ..??

    Hello,

We do NOT allow you asking for a free download of a copyrighted book with a value of $249.

PS If you are asking again for copyrighted material you will risk a ban:

    From the ToS:

Please do not make requests for, or post links to, material that otherwise contravenes the conditions of the original or subsequent author's copyright. All instances of such requests will be met firstly with a warning, and secondly with a ban. If you are in doubt raise the issue with a Moderator or Administrator.

@ tgotwalt1158 : do not offer links to copyrighted material, as you may face the same ban

The book is for sale. You can take reference online but cannot download it since it would violate the intellectual rights of author. Its like having a glance of the book in book store before selecting and buying a book.

OK Sir, I will take care about this. But suggesting a book is not against any law. Also the book is offered for online reading by the authors and publishers. Suggesting buying a book to a friend in need in itself is a favor to the authors and publishers since it would advertise and promote their work.
