I do not have homework, but I am using the worksheets to help me learn things such as D/A conversion, and PWM.
Most of the questions don't have actual answers, so I don't know how to check that I am right.

Is there a 'not in education' section where I can get the worksheet answers?

Ummm...Not that I am aware of. Maybe you could start one. I'm sure it would lead to numerous controversies.
