Hello,

You can reduce the voltage with a voltage divider to 0-2 volts.
That can be fed into a 2 Volts panel meter to show the flow.

The attenuator for the sensor to DVM consists of simply two resistors.

The DVM will show the flowrate.
Only the decimal point is on the wrong place (it will show a 10 times lower value).
