pls help, what is the procedure for quiescent current and dc offset adjustment? i need a 25mv for DC offset and 150mv for quiescent current.

is there somebody could illustrate to me?

Not possible without a circuit. We don't even know the nature of the device/s. It's very different for a 741 op amp and for a big Eimac RF power amp.
