Hi,
I want to work with Philips BC549 in proteus but the only available one is the Zetex BC549. Is there a way I can get the parameters file for the phillips' and add it to proteus library pls?

 

Philips Semiconductor is now NXP.
They don't appear to have a PSpice model for the BC549 on their website.

However, compare the datasheets for the Zetex version and the NXP version, and see how closely they match.
