Assume R values are appropriate.

1. Did I label the correct polarities for the negative-cycle of an AC?

2. On this forum, I read that current always flows from a higher voltage to a lower voltage for conventional flow. Does saying "current always flows from a higher voltage to a lower voltage" also apply to electron flow?

1. The right side of the top resistor and the top side of the right resistor are connected together so they would be at the same voltage.

2. It's true for electron flow but the flow is from a higher magnitude negative voltage to a lower magnitude negative voltage, common, or a positive voltage.
