AC Fan Motor Controller; Much Help Needed

I still need to build this fan controller. So, I'm re-posting on this tread, asking for input from the forum on a fresh approach. ANy help is greatly appreciated.

I'd guess the compressor and fan are probably wired parallel with each other, controlled by the thermostat.
There's a way to do what you want, using two commonly available parts:
Powering both motors independently can be done with the thermostat controlling a line voltage powered DPDT relay. The NC contact on the fan side could power an adjustable cycle timer. So many minutes on, so many minutes off.
Thermostat closure disables timing functions.
I'm also interested in what you're trying to accomplish...

Does anyone know where the relay for the A/C fan relay is located?I am talking about the relay for the Auxiliary electrical fan located at the front of the engine. I was under the impression that a relay was used in the circuitry to determine fan speed.
