Anyone heard of a current transformer able to measure below 1A? I've been searching for 0-10A range but only manage to find 1-10A, nothing below that. Looking for a month but no luck.

I need a sensitivity of 5mV/5mA for my MCU to measure.

The line voltage is AC 240V single phase and 0-10A.

Perhaps look at the little transformers put into GFI boxes -- typically two per box with a ratio of about 5 on the turns). The one with more windings is typically used to sense currents around 8 mA. Check out the datasheet for the LM1851 for more details. Alas, you'll have to mess with some tiny wires. :p
