Can any body tell me why we donot model inductance of an armature of a DC Machine, though with AC current that to with many number of turns on Ferro magnetic core?

There are occasions when one will model the armature inductance - such as in DC machine control systems. The behavior of the armature current under dynamic conditions may be an important consideration and the inductance will have some effect. In attempting to design for optimum tuning of the torque/current control loop [often part of the overall feedback control scheme for a DC machine speed control system] the inclusion of armature inductance may be important.
