Please let me know a suitable rectifier to replace a “31DF6” (Ultra Fast Recovery Rectifier 3A, 600V)


*******it's hard to find a 31DF6

any ultrafast diode that meets those specifications will do just fine.
Just as long as it is ultrafast and meets those specifications you can't go wrong. Try a parametric search on international rectifiers website perhaps....
