That's right on top of WWV. Uncle Sam does not like getting stepped on.

What are you trying to do? - maybe we can help you do it legally.

 

20mhz isn't a range you want to be broadcasting in un-licenced. Well, at least in the USA. Are you wanting to do a short distance (Across your room) broadcast? or is there a particular reason for using 20Mhz? would another freq. work for you?
