What is the CMOS equivalent of 74194?

AN exact replacement is something I am looking for

You mean CMOS as in supply voltage range. So a HC variant is out of question?

I like to find a 40 Series one.

194 is 4 bit bi direction Universal one. Just want to get the CMOS equivalent.
