Who said anything about 8 LEDs in series? Or thousands of LEDs? Or about 26 V sources? Or about 46 V sources?

I was asking will it damage the led changing the voltage....

 

If you limit the current properly, then the LED will never see the higher voltage because the only way to limit the current properly is for the current limiting device to take up the excess voltage.

 

as i said 220ohm resistance is used in every series then it should work b'coz LED work on current so, changing voltage should not damage it.

1) Consider starting your own thread and not hijacking someone else's. Having said that, I'm certainly in no position to be absolutist on this point! But at least be aware that you need to make clear what it is you are trying to do, say, ask, recommend, or whatever.

2) What does "asking suggestion" mean? Are you asking a question, or making a suggestion? I realize that we have an English-as-second-language issue here and that it is simply something that has to be dealt with, but that actually means you need to work harder to make your intentions clear. There's only so much reading between the lines and infering your real intent that we can do.
