    Hi folks,

I am trying to find a 753 IC, for use as a wide-band amplifier in a signal tracer. I know that the part is quite old, because the signal tracer was made in the last 70's to early 80's. The jpg, of the schematic, is too large to upload here. Here's the link to the schematic on my home website:

I have looked through all of my old reference material, as well as run various searches on the internet. But, I can not even find a datasheet for this component. It looks like it might be just a conventional op-amp. Does anyone know if there is a substitution for this particular IC? If not, is there another IC that I could use in it's place?

    Thanks,
    Bill Shamblin
