6W 700mA Isolated led Driver Design

Hi everyone,
I am planning to develop a isolated led driver for 6W & 700mA. For this i am possibly using driver ic TNY278 of power integration.This driver will
drive two 3W Luxeon LED's. Input is universal. As i am totally amateur to power electronics field, can anyone spare some light on to how to proceed with the above said design?
