i built this dog whistle, instead of a potentiometer I used 4 swithes. Each switch has a lead in series with a resistor, the other lead is common for treshold/ trigger.

My question....is there a way to have dual functionality on each switch, I am using Normally open momentary push buttons

Not that sure what you are getting at ....
Do you mean close the power switch and connect the apropriate resistor at the same time?
if so use a switch wit two NO contacts.

If you mean do more than 1 thing with 1 single contact then your only options are counting clicks, mouse esque, or timing the push.

Both these strategies are used extensivly in comertial products

what I mean is that I just want another completely different funtion using that same momentary switch. for example normal operation is when a button is pushed...i get a tweet. I want to have, a toggle switch that makes that same button work a small vibrating motor.
