How would you multiply, by hand, two four-bit numbers if you could only multiply two-bit values at one time?

Think about how you multiply two two-digit numbers together by hand using only one-digit by one-digit multiplication at any point in the process.

    Not a very useful reply.

We can't help you if you aren't willing to put forth some effort.

I'm not in a position to download multi-megabyte files. Make them more rationally sized and I will take a look at them when I get a chance.
