4:2 bit priority encoder.

    I am that he input to design a 4:2 bit encoder which also has an output line indicating that the input is a valid signal, that is, only one input line has been selected on the keypad.

    The encoded output is to be used to drive a 7 segment display showing the numbers 1 through 4 depending on which key is pressed. If no key is pressed, or , more than one key is pressed at a time, then the display should not indicate any number, however there should be a switch which would override the suppression of the display, in which case the display would show zero when no key is pressed, and the highest key value if two or more keys are pressed.
