    There are many much better IC amplifiers available for the same cost or less and the pcb design is in their datasheet.

    Please give me some examples for minim 4W and maxim 25 W sinus clean audio power amplifier (no clipping) with all details including pcb.

    I have: - 2 toroidal transformer simple ~40Vac 50VA => 40V 100VA (series connected)
    - 1 transformer simple 26Vac 2 A
    - 3 transformers 2X12 V 1,5A
    - 2 transformers simple 24v 1,5A
    I could buy any other toroidal transformers if I must or even built some amplifiers over 50W but I need something tested and safe

    What about these:

    http://users.otenet.gr/~athsam/electrocompaniet.htm if I could find a PCB

    http://www.ampslab.com/products.htm

    I searched a lot ,now I need some advice from these who built some of them or know the truth about these or others kits

    Let me know something.
    Thanks in advance.Cheers!

    All audio amplifiers clip if the input signal level is too high.
    I think you want 25W RMS with low distortion.

    An amplifier with Mosfets needs a much higher power supply voltage than an amplifier with transistors so it gets hotter. It is not better.

    There are many IC amplifiers with 25W RMS or more into 8 ohms with very low distortion.
    The LM3875 produces 25W RMS with very low distortion when it has a plus and minus 24V power supply. The LM3886 produces 25W RMS when its power supply is plus and minus 22.5V.
    Both IC amplifiers are used in The Gain Clone amplifier (look in Google).
