3 line to 8 line decoder

    i'm trying to to create a 3 line to 8 line decoder with active high outputs using quartus II block editor, i have a general idea of how this is going to look like but i'm not sure how to combinate my high and low inputs to get what my lab is aking me. it may look something like this http://www.lboro.ac.uk/departments/el/teac...1/digital1.html not my lab but i just wanted to refer to that schematic. any help would be apreciated : )

    Have you looked at the internal logic for something like a 74148 or 74151? You might get some hints there. My1984 Signetics TTL manual shows the internal organization as Mil-Std 806C, which makes it easy to see what's going on inside the ICs.
