Oh okay, at the moment I haven't changed my circuit to use a one supply op amp yet. Right now I just wanted to make sure that my overall circuit would be effective. Here is the circuit I have at the moment and simulating it gives me a 110VAC output. I am assuming 50 ohms for the panel resistance, but that can be adjusted. Can you guys take a look and see if there's anything wrong with this circuit in practice?

I would put the panel resistance in parallel with the panel capacitance unless you are absolutely sure that the panel has NO DC resistance.

You need a series capacitor between the opamp output and the high voltage.

I don't think a 741 can operate single supply, and probably not at such a low voltage. It will not swing all the way to the rails.

Do you know how much energy there will be in a 3 and a half Henry inductor?

Your circuit looks dangerous to me. What is to prevent the voltage across the inductor from toasting the opamp or providing a fatal shock?
