3.5mm mic/speaker cable

    It sould be easy to solder that kind of cable (from parts) by your self

    One issue I think you'll have is that a mic cable really needs to be shielded and shouldn't be parallel to a speaker cable, which does not. If there is current in the speaker wires, it will cause crosstalk onto the mic signal.

    But you could try one of these cut in half. You'll need to learn to solder tiny wires, but that's a useful skill to learn. :D
