Can anyone tell me if these 2 components are the same (2n6661 and 2n6661-750)? I can't seem to find a datasheet on the -750 part and this really bothers me. I've used the -750 in circuit and i know it works but I want some literature or proof that its the same. Thanks.

 

Nothing online for the -750 /750 part though it's listed on some surplus sites. If you know or can find out who made it try checking with them.
