Can someone point me to a source for a 2N3055 and TIP3055 Spice Model? A spice model for the TIP120 would also be appreciated.

By the way, while searching this I stumbled upon this lively discourse. Are they discussing how the transistor's specs have physically changed over the years or how it's spiced?

Strange I used it for 15 minutes ago. And at least this site http://www.onsemi.com/site/support/models
(ON Semiconductors previously Motorola) worked very well

Sorry about that. I sometimes tend to dismiss links that make me search for what I want. Some of them will keep you clicking links until your wrist cramps up.

I tried this link again and clicked on Simulation Models found in a list on the right side of the page... Sho nuff, there it is!

Thanks for pointing it out. ;)
