24v led to work on 12v system

i have a set of military 24volt led lights and i want to put them on my 12volt for work lights when camping. any ideas. link to the lights below

Those look like they are using CREE led beads. The most you can use is seven in series for 22v but it's also possible that they are using sets of three in parallel which would allow them to use them for 12/24 by changing a jumper. I recently disassembled this lamp to find these IMG_20150727_115506759.jpg IMG_20150727_115506759.jpg connected in series and running at 22.4v@235ma easy for an smps but for vehicle lighting almost everything I've seen is series strings of 3 lamps. Simpler for a mfg to make one PCB and have a jumper for voltage even if it's internal.
