PROBLEM : There is less clearance between earth wire of 220KV transmission line & 400KV transmission Line bottom conductor. due to this in storm line is tripped.

1) Whether diamond arrangement of 220KV line earth wire will solve the problem?
2) whether removal of earth wire of 200KV Line crossing span will solve the problem?
3) whether removal of earth wire of complete 220KV line section can be removed & L.A. provided on each tower of 220KV Line.
