i seee here some schematics byt not totaly, the code its not working

i need
-2 channel timer
- dimmer light what will turn on before channel 1, and turn off after channel1 finish, when its get 100% will turn off, and channel 1 turn on

light 3, what will turn on after channel 1 go off, untill channel 1 go on

i see its posible with PIC16F873

can someone send me schematic and working code for it
