i need help with a 2 bit binary counter design for my digital logic design lab project. i have designed the counter using jk flip flops and it should work like this: initially it should count from 00 to 11 with each triggering pulse edge and when it reaches 11 it should hold 11 until a reset signal is applied to the clr pin. i have dry run the design and it seemed to work perfectly to me, but when i started simulating the design on ni multisim what i get is a constant output of 11. i have tried to modify it but i can't get the hang of it. circuit schematic is attached. i'll be really thankful if any one can plz tell me wht's wrng with it? plzzzzz..... can some one help me????? its urgent!!!!
