Can anyone tell me where to find an 18 vdc, 20 amp transformer, adapter or power supply? Preferably an inexpensive one. The amp output does not have to be 20 amps, but I need it to be at least 10-15 amps, but no more than 25.

If not readily available, can someone please tell me how to make one?

    Welcome to AAC!

Look at the used market. They are not inexpensive.

The other source is a SMPS, from a vendor.

A long while back I bought a 24VDC 6A SMPS for $15, those are long gone however, and I knew they were a fantastic deal at the time. Normal price is around $50.

You will note the old hands have their location as part of the profile, this is so we can recommend sources. What part of the world are you?
