12v circuit usually draws from .3A-.7Amp but i am not drawing any current

    Hello, i have an ecu (electronic control unit) that i am repairing and was wondering if i could get some advice/key points to reason it is not drawing any current. The unit is recieving 12v as it should, my 5v, 8v, and 100v are all good. Any takes?

    My fault! it is a double decker board, having only to work on one side i forgot about the other side which i disconnected. reconnected and is working properly.
