How can we use 127 biased format in binary arithmetic ??

The adders don't care what your numbers represent so you can add +127 to each number before it goes into the ALU, see what comes out and adjust accordingly. I'm not sure why you would want to do this, but maybe you could elaborate.

Post the homework problem as it was given to you, describe/show what you've done, and ask relevant clarifying questions.
