10v AC adapter blink problem

    Thanks for reply actually a faulty optocoupler is culprit .thanks.

    Darn, I thought it was the blink regulator, that had (drumroll).... gone on the blink.

    What can I use replacement Component in Place of ACT30 transistor ? Its a Switcher IC.

    also I need the Datasheet for Clock Generator IC ICS/IDT 9LRS954A4GLF CANT FIND IT ON WEB. PLEASE HELP SOMEONE.
