~100uF ceramic caps expensive!? Suggestions?

It's been suggested to me to include a resistor and cap in a providing smoother power to a component in the range or >=100uF.

I've looked at the available ceramic ones but they seem very expensive, ~$9 range....

Any ideas where I might be able to get them cheaper?

Electrolytic would be an option but i'm liking the reliability of the cermic better (high vibration application) an also the potential speed of them....

A ceramic cap is not a good choice for an RC power filter- the ratio of volume to capacitance is not great.
Try a tantalum capacitor instead?
