    Hi,
I am trying to modify this 10 LED sequencer circuit (link below) in a way that it will turn on each LED in sequence and keep them ON and when it turns on the last 10th LED, just leave them all on. Sort of progressive light switch effect.

If you have any ideas, I appreciate it.
    Thanks,
    Paul

Thanks SgtWookie, although I haven't worked with LM3914. Do you have any suggestions on what kind of input signal I would need to get the result that I am looking for?

You would need a ramp, basically a triangle or sawtooth wave.

You could make a ramp by using a constant current circuit to charge a capacitor.
