1 square wave -> freq to V1 and duty to V2 (2 outputs)

So, I've seen circuits around the 2907/2917 to convert Freq to voltage.

Can the 2907/2917 be used to convert a square wave into 2 outputs?

Output 1 is voltage based on Freq of wave regardless of duty
Output 2 is voltage based on duty cycle of wave regardless of Freq

Or how would I approach getting the 2nd output?
