I am newbie in electronics, I just want to ask if you have there simple schematic diagrams about 0-99 counter with using only 74LS192, 74LS47, and NE555?

Any immediate response would be highly appreciated.

At what speed do you need the counter to count?

Have you looked up the datasheets for these parts?
