    Hi,

I have an active sensors that have a 0-10V output can not be directly connected to a controller with a 0-5V input, what resistors and settings are required?

my controller has an analog input 5v with Current input (0 - 20 mA) using
    external 250 ohm resistor.
what is the values of the resistors (as i want to work properly)

What is the output current drive capability of the 10V sensors?

    Load resistance..................> 10 kOhm
    Current consumption, typical............15 mA

I think it would help everybody if you told what kind of sensor it is, with datasheet, and what kind of controller you have. With datasheet.

Then we don't have to do a lot of guessing and asking questions...

If the load resistance for the sensor is >10kΩ then you could use two 10kΩ resistors in series to ground to provide a 20kΩ load and an output at their junction of 1/2 the sensor output.

That should work provided the highest signal frequency is no more than a few tens of kHz.
